Designed by John Loring, the watch's bold, raised Roman numerals against a contrasting background paid tribute to the public clock that was a New York landmark. I just found it unique that the roman numeral markers are on the bezel, rather than the dial itself. watch comes attached with a aftermarket new strap and buckle.
